How to Track Your Order

A tracking number and direct tracking link will be sent to your email the same day or the next day after your order is placed.

Once you receive your tracking information, you can click the link or enter your tracking number on the courier’s website to view delivery updates.

Tracking Updates

Please note:

Tracking updates may take a couple of days to appear after dispatch.
In some rare cases, tracking may only update once your package reaches the destination country.
This is normal and depends on the courier’s scanning process.

Didn’t Receive Your Tracking Email?

If you do not see your tracking email after 48 hours, please check your spam/junk folder.
If it’s still not there, reach out to us and we will resend it.
